Shipping

Banshee Motorsport aim to deliver goods within 3 to 5 working days. Some products are made to order and as such may incur a slightly longer lead time. Any delays to the shipping of the goods will be notified to you as soon as possible. We also will ship to non UK addresses, these will incur and extra charge to that shown on the order. We will advise in writing what the additional charge will be, and arrange payment for this prior to shipping of the goods.

Banshee Motorsport use either a reputable carrier, or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to deliver the goods. We are able to deliver to a alternative address, if for say you are not going to be in at home. If there is no one at home when the goods are attempted to be delivered, then a calling card will be put through the letter box, this will include full details of how to either collect the parcel or arrange a time for redelivery. Redelivery may incur an additional charge however.

Returns

To return unwanted goods you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods for a returns number and details of how to go about returning the items purchased, you must then return the goods to us within 10 days of this number being issued. All returned items must have a returns number. Returns after this period may incur a restocking charge up to 10% of the products value.

We take all possible care to ensure the correct product is sent to you, however if you do receive a different product from that which you have ordered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct items to be sent and arrange collection of the incorrect items. If products you received are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent and arrange collection of the damaged items.

Although we aim to supply top quality goods, but if a product that has been purchased from Banshee Motorsport is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately with a brief description of the fault and we will assist with the problem.
